Shipping and Delivery
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders of $100 or more (excluding beds).
What is the cost of shipping for orders under $100?
For orders below $100, we charge a flat rate of $7 USD.
What if I purchase a bed?
If your order includes a bed, the shipping cost is $27 USD.
Can I get free shipping when purchasing a bed?
Yes! If your order totals over $300 (including the bed), shipping is free.
Is there a fee for address changes or corrections after my order has shipped?
Yes, if your order has already shipped, address corrections or changes may incur an additional $15.00 fee due to carrier correction fees.
Will national holidays or weather affect my delivery?
Yes, in case of national holidays, weather issues, or internal company closures, there may be additional delays in processing and shipping.
How long does it take to process my order?
Orders typically take 24 to 48 hours to process. Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email confirmation with your shipping details.
When will my order be processed if I place it on a Friday or over the weekend?
Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will be processed on Monday.
When do shipping fees and delivery times apply?
Shipping fees and delivery times start once you receive the shipping confirmation email.
Can some orders require additional validation?
Yes, additional validation may be required for certain orders, which could cause delivery delays.
Are signatures required for high-value orders?
Yes, signatures are required for all orders over $500.
How can I track my order?
To track your order, refer to the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email.
Where do you ship?
We ship anywhere in the contiguous United States. Please note that we do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, or U.S. territories (including American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Marshall Islands, Federated States of Micronesia, Palau, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands).
Can I have my order shipped to a P.O. Box?
Currently, we do not deliver to P.O. Boxes. If your order is addressed to a P.O. Box, it may experience delays, and any additional fees for address corrections will not be covered.
Do you offer international shipping?
At this time, we only offer shipping to the United States. We apologize for any inconvenience and will update our shipping policy if this changes in the future.

Your order will be carefully delivered in our iconic CÉLISTAIL gift box, making it perfect for any occasion.
What is the return and exchange policy for gifts?
Almost every gift is eligible for return or exchange in accordance with our Return & Exchange Policy. Please note that the original gift receipt and original packaging are required for returns or exchanges.
Can I send my gift directly to the recipient?
Yes! If you wish to send your gift order directly to the recipient, you can enter their address in the "Delivery Adress" section during checkout.
Can I write a message?
Yes, you can add a message in the cart, and we will make sure to include it with your order.
Returns
How to return an Item?
- Visit our returns center.
- Enter your order number and email address to start.
- Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return .
- Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines.
What items are non-refundable?
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Discounted items (if applicable)
The item I received is damaged!
If the purchased product is faulty, reach out to us within 7 days of the delivered date.
Can the items be exchanged?
We allow the exchange of purchased items for selectable variants. Once the exchange request is approved, the replaced item will be shipped to you.
What are the refund options?
The following refund options are supported:
- Refund to the original payment method.
- Refund to store credit (if applicable)
How do I ship back the items?
For instructions on how to ship the returned products, refer to the email received after placing the return request on the website.
How soon will I get my refund?
Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 7 - 14 working days after approval
