Return & Exchange Policy
ITEMS
- Items must be returned in original condition, unused, and with all their accessories.
- This includes, but is not limited to, original CÉLISTAIL packaging, boxes, instruction booklets, labels, and protective covers.
- Perfumes must be returned in their original packaging, and the seal covering the perfume box must not be broken. Please ensure the safety label is affixed to your package and is clear and visible.
- We cannot accept exchanges and returns for personalized items. Please confirm all details, including sizing, before finalizing your order.
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase by visiting our returns center.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- The item must come back in resalable condition, unwashed, unused, and free of pet hair or drool. Otherwise, a 50% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
- The item must have original tags and packaging.
- The item must be returned within 14 days after receiving the RMA.
- Items marked as FINAL SALE are not eligible for returns.
- Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect on your card once we receive the order back at our facility.
- Important: If you are purchasing large beds, these are oversized items. We understand that returns could be costly, so we advise reviewing the size guide and product details before purchasing. To help you make the best selection for your pet and home, we offer fabric swatch samples so you can touch, see, and compare fabric choices. We also provide detailed size dimensions for each bed so you can measure and visualize how your pet will fit into the bed and how the bed will fit into your home (taping the dimensions onto the floor of your space is very helpful). Additionally, our team is available to answer your questions and help you select the perfect bed for your pup.
REFUNDS
- Once accepted by our Quality Services, returns will be refunded within 14 business days. Processing times may vary between payment providers.
- Refunds will be issued in the original payment method to the original purchaser.
- The original shipping cost is non-refundable.
How to Return an Item?
- Visit our returns center.
- Enter your order number and email address to start.
- Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return.
- Once your request is approved, you will receive a confirmation email with shipping guidelines.
What Items Are Non-Refundable?
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Discounted items (if applicable)
The Item I Received Is Damaged!
If the purchased product is faulty, please reach out to us within 7 days of the delivered date.
Can the Items Be Exchanged?
We allow the exchange of purchased items for selectable variants. Once the exchange request is approved, the replaced item will be shipped to you.
What Are the Refund Options?
The following refund options are available:
- Refund to the original payment method.
- Refund to store credit (if applicable).
How Do I Ship Back the Items?

How Soon Will I Get My Refund?
Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 7-14 business days after approval.
